1. Maximum score for all age groups on any hole is DOUBLE PAR. Once a player has reached the score of double par on a hole, they must pick up
and record a score of double par. This is to keep up the pace of play for the tournament.
2. Yardage Devices are allowed that measure distance only. Players may give
yardage to other players in the group if asked to do so as long as it is not
slowing down the pace of play.
3. A player’s age on July 24th will determine which age group they participate in through
the summer 2010 event schedule. Players may play up 1 age division with the
approval of AJGM Tour Staff only. If you are interested in playing up, parent must submit a email request to AJGM
TOUR for approval prior to tee times being posted. Once player is moved up a age group, they must play in that age group for the
remaining tournament season schedule.
4. Players must compete in a minimum of 8 events to be considered for all-star
team, player of the year awards and sportsmanship awards.
5. Trophies will be given to the top 4 boys in each age group and the top 3
girls in each age group.
6. Drinks are usually provided on the course for players only. At most events, some type of lunch will also be provided for players.
7. Tee times will be posted the night before the event on the AJGM TOUR website.
They will also be emailed to each parent so we must have your correct email
address.
8. Boys age groups 8 and under (special tees – cones), 9-10 (modified cones and red tees), 11-12 (red tees) will play 9 holes.
Boys in the 13-14, 15-18 will play 18 holes from the white tees. There will be
a few exceptions where the boys playing 18 holes may play the blue tees on
shorter courses.
9. Girls age groups 9 and under (special tees – cones). 10-12 (modified cones and red tees) will play 9 holes. Girls in the 13-15 and 16-18 will play the ladies tees 18 holes.
10. Caddies are allowed and encouraged for all age groups playing 9 holes. 9
hole participants may walk or ride if carts are available.
11. All event registrations will be on a first come first serve basis. Some
events may be limited in size. All players must register and pay online to secure a spot in event. All walk-up
players will be placed in a tee time with a $10 fee in addition to regular
entry fee.
12. Points will be awarded to all participants finishing in the top 10 of their age
group according to the following scale:
1st 1000 Bonus Points: 72-75 250
2nd 800 69-71 500
3rd 700 65-68 750

8th 225
